Welcome to Belgrade Township

 

All regular monthly township meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Nicollet County Human Services building in North Mankato, 2070 Howard Drive.

NOTE TO ALL TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE:

The Board for Independent School District 77 has approved a special election to propose two resolutions to eligible voters in the school district.  The special election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.  ISD 77 entered into an agreement with Blue Earth County to administer this election.  

Nicollet County has 3 polling locations within the City of North Mankato.  Eligible voters for Belgrade Township will cast their vote at Combined Polling Place I which is at Fire Station #2, 1825 Howard Drive, North Mankato, MN.  THERE WILL NOT BE A MAIL-IN BALLOT.  You must cast your vote at this polling place for the special election.

To view the proposed resolutions and ask any questions prior to the election, please direct them to Mankato Area Public Schools at 507-387-1868 or maps.isd77.org.  Please visit www.isd77.org/vote2023 to view the questions on the ballot and get more detail.  If you have questions regarding the election, please direct them to Blue Earth County Elections at bec.elections@blueearthcountymn.gov.  Early voting is available now.  Contact Blue Earth County to complete the 2023 Minnesota Absentee Ballot Application.

The Board of Supervisors would like to remind everyone that it is ILLEGAL to drive around and/or move road closed barricades in the township. They are placed there to keep you and others safe!  Thank you.

Belgrade Township requires by Ordinance that all utility companies doing work in the township right of way must contact the Town Clerk to fill out a "Public Right of Way Application & Permit" before any work can be done. Thank you.
